Drill: 1 high 1 low
Dribbling one high one low is a great way to build ball handling skills and muscle endurance. Doing this forces you to think of two techniques at one time. While thinking of these techniques you have make sure that you mechanics and posture are correct. Moving along, pound the ball hard and if possible try to keep your eyes up.
- Do one high one low for one minute then switch it to the opposite side.
- Repeat this drill as often as needed. The more you practice it the better you will become at this drill. In addition, it will improve your overall ball handing skills.
