31 Days of Handles (Day 1)

Today is day one of 31 Days of Handles. For 31 days I’ll be giving you basketball dribbling drills that will help you improve your ball handling skills. Each day the drills will become progressively more challenging which will in turn make you a stronger and more effective ball handler.

Day 1 drill: 2 Ball Pound

**Look at the video for 2 ball pound demonstration.**

Pound both basketballs at the same time with force. Your arms will begin to burn if you do it hard and long enough. Also, you will want to keep your back flat and your legs bent. You do not want to have your back arched as this can cause you back pain and isn’t the correct form while doing any dribbling drill.
